We offer a full range of drug testing services including DOT and non-DOT urine drug tests, hair follicle testing, breath alcohol testing, rapid screening, and lab-confirmed tests. We handle pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-duty testing.
Walk-ins are welcome at our La Grande, Oregon office Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though we encourage scheduling an appointment. For mobile or onsite testing anywhere in the US, call to schedule. For employer account setup or consortium enrollment, we recommend calling ahead.
Most drug tests take 15-20 minutes from check-in to completion. Lab-confirmed results are typically available within 48-72 hours.
DOT drug testing is required by the Department of Transportation for safety-sensitive employees including commercial drivers (CDL holders), pilots, railroad workers, and transit operators. It follows strict federal guidelines set by 49 CFR Part 40 and tests for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, and PCP.
A DOT consortium is a pool of employees from multiple companies used for random drug and alcohol testing. Owner-operators and small fleet operators with CDL drivers are required to participate in a consortium to meet FMCSA random testing requirements. Assurity offers affordable consortium enrollment with full compliance management.
Drug test pricing varies based on the type of test, panel size, and volume. We offer competitive rates with volume discounts for businesses with ongoing testing programs. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your needs.
A standard DOT 5-panel test screens for marijuana (THC), cocaine, opioids (codeine, morphine, heroin, hydrocodone, oxycodone), amphetamines (including methamphetamine and MDMA), and PCP. Expanded non-DOT panels can test for additional substances including benzodiazepines, barbiturates, and synthetic opioids.
Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For post-accident or emergency testing needs outside of regular hours, please call us to discuss availability. We understand that some testing situations can't wait.
